Hale Medical and Data Sciences exists because the same problem keeps appearing from two sides: clinical decisions made without data, and data systems built without clinical judgment. The firm is led by a physician, and the research is designed by the person who has to answer for it.
Mission
To shorten the distance between what government health agencies know and what they can do — by making their data trustworthy, their models accountable, and their research worthy of the mission.

A study is finished when a decision-maker can act on it. We measure ourselves by questions answered, not deliverables counted.

Data science is our craft and our culture. Decisions — technical, clinical, managerial — get made with measurements attached.

Health data is borrowed from real people at vulnerable moments. We treat privacy and security as moral obligations, not audit checkboxes.

Every system we touch ends up more documented, more tested, and easier to hand off than we found it. Vendor lock-in is a failure mode, not a strategy.
